We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full-time Medical Assistant to assist our Urgent Care Centers in Los Angeles County. This role will report to the Clinical Supervisor and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records. Perform clinical duties such as preparing treatment rooms, obtaining and documenting patient medical histories and vital signs, and cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment. Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain and document vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Record patient medical history, vital statistics, test results, and other relevant information accurately in the patient's medical record. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while remaining flexible in a fast-paced clinical environment. May be required to work overtime based on business and patient care needs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
