Job summary An exciting opportunity to recruit a SeniorCapacityManagerto theCapacity Management Team at SWB NHST has opened up, based at the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital site. Applicants are required to have the relevant experience to manage the complexities of patient flow in both the acute and community setting, manage a team, respond to incidents, and to work alongside clinical teams, external partners, Senior management and Directors to deliver safe and timely solutions for every patients. As asenior role you are expected to lead on the delivery of projects and support change.
