The Handyman is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of the property. This role supports daily building operations by completing maintenance requests, performing repairs, preparing units for occupancy, and ensuring all common areas and building systems are properly maintained. The Handyman provides quality service to residents, supports property management teams, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient living environment. Available Schedules The following schedules are available for this position: Tuesday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Sunday & Monday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
