About this role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the performance and strategic management of a diverse New York City real estate portfolio consisting of 20+ buildings, approximately 3,500+ rental units, and 9M square feet of residential and commercial space. The Asset Manager will be responsible for maximizing the financial and operational performance of the portfolio while working closely with property management, leasing, construction, development, accounting, legal, and senior leadership teams. This role requires a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can balance day-to-day asset performance with long-term value creation.
