About the role At Bluecrux, we turn AI ideas into solutions people can actually use. As an AI Engineer, you will build AI applications, agents and integrations for our internal teams and clients. We welcome both medior and senior candidates. Your responsibilities will match your experience. You will: • Build and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations. • Develop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations. • Translate business needs into practical technical solutions. • Build reusable AI components and delivery accelerators. • Design prompts, tests and evaluations to improve quality, security and reliability. • Work with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients. At medior level, you will own defined solutions with support from experienced colleagues. At senior level, you will lead solutions end to end, make architecture decisions and guide colleagues and clients. This is a hands-on engineering role for people who want to build and deliver, not a research or data science position. #LI-MB1
