Job Description: Lead and oversee engineering activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. Develop, review, and validate technical designs, processes, and specifications to meet quality and performance standards. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including project management, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and efficiency. Apply engineering best practices and innovative solutions to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and operational safety. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential technical challenges with proactive mitigation strategies. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technical staff fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining rigorous documentation standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback, lessons learned, and process enhancements. Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines) or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in engineering roles within the defence, manufacturing, or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sectors, preferably at a senior level. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective engineering solutions. Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to engineering design and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
