Asst Store Manager (MS)
Job Description: Assists the store manager with day-to-day operations of a main store. Oversees financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: • PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary
Job Qualifications: 3 years retail management experience within the last 5 years, or Bachelors degree and 1 year retail management experience within the last 5 years, or Bachelors degree with successful completion of retail management training program (RMT)
Major Duties: Financial and inventory management Sales Promotion. Supervision of staff. Staff development, training, and mentoring. Performs other duties as assigned.
