Committed to innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Strategy Realization Office to support the Representative Director and President in navigating the complex landscape of the Japanese biopharmaceutical market. Your Role: The Head of Strategy Realization Office plays a crucial role in supporting the President in navigating the complex Japanese biopharmaceutical market. Key responsibilities includes: 1. Strategy
• Support the President in developing and executing strategic initiatives. • Provide analytical insights to drive informed decision-making. • Act as a sounding board for new ideas or dig further into issues to provide potential solutions. 2. Project Management:
• Take a hands-on approach in managing cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve organizational objectives. • Follow-up on implementation with the leadership teams or working managers as needed. 3. Governance and Secretariat:
• Serve as the secretariat to key committees, managing agendas, minutes, and action items. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and facilitate effective communication within the leadership team. 4. Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships. • Lead and coordinate communication events towards Global counterparts, aligning with local stakeholders. • Craft clear and compelling communication materials in both Japanese and English. Main Interfaces:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in strategic roles, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on project management experience with a track record of successful cross-functional project delivery. • Familiarity with corporate governance principles and experience in a secretariat role is highly desirable. • 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred. • Understanding of P&L and Finance basics is preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, result-oriented and capable to work independently. • Curiosity and willingness to tackle a broad range of topics. • High personal integrity. Language:
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (speaking and writing)
