CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - ORDER ENTRY 📍 Denver, CO (On-Site)Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and keeping operations running smoothly? What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the central point of contact supporting customers, dealers, and internal teams. Your day will include:
• Processing and entering customer orders with a high degree of accuracy • Coordinating order pickups, deliveries, returns, and replacements • Communicating with customers and dealers via phone, email, and online platforms • Assisting with purchase orders, freight orders, and backorders • Supporting invoicing processes and maintaining accurate records • Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department • Performing general administrative and office support tasks What We're Looking For Qualifications
• 1+ year of administrative, office support, customer service, front desk, or order processing experience • Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy • Coachable mindset and willingness to accept feedback • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude • Previous order entry experience preferred • Experience supporting operations, logistics, or distribution environments preferred Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
