Process Technician Job Description

• Maximize uptime on all machine centers with a focus on reducing and eliminating unplanned downtime. • Perform end-of-arm tooling changes on robots to support production and part changeovers. • Set molds, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding processes to achieve stable and efficient operation. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting injection molding processes. • Experience performing mold set-ups and troubleshooting in a production environment. • At least 2 years of experience working as a Process Technician. • Strong troubleshooting skills for injection molding machines, molds, and related equipment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. • Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding and plastic molding operations. • Ability to perform mold changes and related tooling adjustments safely and efficiently. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clyde, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
