Direct Hire Maintenance Technician - $36-43/hr. Job DescriptionThe Senior Technician supports high-speed, automated material handling and robotic systems by performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. This role focuses on repairing and maintaining material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging and distribution equipment while mentoring junior technicians and promoting a strong safety culture.Qualifications
• Experience with automation and control systems in a high-speed material handling or distribution environment. • Familiarity with conveyor maintenance, sortation systems, robotics, and automated packaging equipment. • Exposure to maintenance management, preventive maintenance planning, and risk management practices. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar approaches. • Experience mentoring junior technicians or providing informal maintenance supervision.
