Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Lead Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties. This role leads a team of technicians, coordinates preventative maintenance, and ensures buildings, systems, and units are maintained safely and efficiently.Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians across multiple residential and commercial properties. • Assign and oversee daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency service requests. • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general carpentry. • Complete unit turnover work, including painting, drywall, fixture replacement, and general repairs. • Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns. • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and construction teams on larger projects and capital improvements. • Maintain maintenance records and collaborate with property management on ongoing facility improvements. Recommended Skills

• Experience in facilities, apartment, or property maintenance. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general building repairs. • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and perform unit turnovers, including painting and drywall repair. • Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating vendors or contractors. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Why Work Here?
