• Operate saw equipment to accurately cut cabinet components according to specifications. • Feed and position materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. • Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met. • Identify material defects and take appropriate corrective action when necessary. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy. • Review job orders, production schedules, and machine information. • Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly. • Follow all safety procedures and company standards. • Assist in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and quality. Essential Skills
• Experience operating saws, CNC machinery, production equipment, or similar manufacturing equipment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes. • Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and basic computer systems. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Sawyer, CNC Operator, Machine Operator, Woodworker, Cabinet Maker, or Manufacturing Technician is preferred. • Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, furniture manufacturing, or wood products is a plus. • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Desire to learn, grow, and advance within a manufacturing organization.
