Job Title: Warehouse Transfer AssociateJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Transfer Associate plays a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe distribution environment by handling high-volume product transfers, order picking, and inventory activities. This role involves lifting, use of warehouse equipment, and careful attention to detail to ensure accurate movement and processing of products within a fast-paced warehouse setting.Responsibilities
• Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis. • Use rolling ladders up to 12 feet high to access products stored at various rack levels safely. • Wrap pallets securely to prepare products for transfer, storage, and shipping. • Push heavy flatbeds and fill totes with product to support daily transfer and picking operations. • Walk, stand, bend, and lift for up to 8 hours per shift while maintaining productivity and safety standards. • Read small print and match numbers and words accurately to ensure correct product identification and order accuracy. • Use RF scan guns to perform order picking, inventory checks, and product tracking as part of daily warehouse tasks. • Perform order picking and packing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting established performance goals. • Operate pallet jacks and work around other material-handling equipment in racking zones safely and efficiently. Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a large distribution center.. The facility operates Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
