• Source and attract prospective candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Conduct candidate evaluations, phone screenings, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit. • Work closely with business development and client-facing teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs. • Build and maintain professional networks to generate candidate referrals and market intelligence. • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. • Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate databases. • Support team recruiting initiatives and contribute to achieving hiring and placement objectives. • Participate in local networking events, community outreach programs, and professional development activities. • Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or other client-facing environments. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced setting. • Effective verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technologies. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. • Exposure to recruiting, staffing, human resources, or sales environments is a plus. • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems. • Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms and recruitment tools quickly. • Strong interest in career advancement within recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
