Now Hiring Material Handler!! $20.50/hr. - $25.50/hr. (Depending on shit) Job DescriptionThe Material Handler works across multiple departments within a clean, organized warehouse to support shipping, receiving, and general material handling operations. This role involves frequent movement throughout the facility, handling products manually and with equipment, and performing tasks such as picking, packing, building pallets, and loading/unloading trucks. The position may involve limited or no forklift operation depending on daily assignment, and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Work in a variety of warehouse departments and adapt to changing daily assignments and workflows. • Pick and pack orders accurately using pick sheets to ensure correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment. • Use RF scanners to scan products, update inventory, and maintain accurate warehouse records. • Build pallets and break down boxes to prepare materials for storage, shipping, or internal movement. • Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse to move materials safely and efficiently. • Drive reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and tuggers when assigned and appropriately trained. • Load and unload trucks using lifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling as required. • Support shipping and receiving activities, including staging materials at dock doors and assisting with inbound and outbound freight. • For shipping and receiving-focused tasks, work more frequently at dock doors and use computers to process orders and transactions in the ERP system (Epicor). • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production, shipping, and receiving targets. • Cross-train with production areas when needed to support overall warehouse operations. Essential Skills

• Demonstrated flexibility in working in different warehouse departments and adjusting to changing tasks each day. • Experience working in a warehouse environment, including familiarity with material handling and general production activities. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials throughout the shift. • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Basic understanding of warehouse processes such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift experience, including reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts, is preferred. • Experience with warehouse production, distribution, and general material handling. • Ability to cross-train with production areas and support multiple functions within the facility. • Ability to use a computer to enter data and work within systems such as an ERP platform (Epicor). • Experience with RF scanners and pick sheets in a warehouse setting. • in shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading trucks. • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability in a warehouse environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
