Job Title: KittingJob DescriptionThis role is responsible for the accurate movement of materials throughout the facility, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and staging materials for production. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy. Responsibilities • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. • Inspect incoming products for damage and report discrepancies. • Pick, pack, and prepare materials, components, and finished products for internal production use or customer shipment. • Stage and deliver materials to production teams to maintain workflow and meet manufacturing schedules. • Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock audits. • Organize warehouse inventory and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored. • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required. • Assist with inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory variances. • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production support area. • Collaborate with production, quality, and purchasing teams to ensure material availability. Essential Skills • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience. • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. • Ability to accurately read packing slips, work orders, and inventory documents. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic computer skills with experience using inventory or ERP systems preferred. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Forklift experience or certification is a plus. • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The role requires working Monday through Thursday from 5:30am to 4:00pm, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
