Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThe General Production Worker supports day-to-day manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks. This role contributes directly to efficient production processes, product quality, and overall workflow by handling general labor duties, using hand tools, and assisting with general production activities.Responsibilities
• Perform general production tasks on the manufacturing floor in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. • Carry out general labor duties such as moving materials, organizing work areas, and supporting machine operators as needed. • Use basic hand tools to assist with assembly, preparation, or finishing of products. • Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily output and quality targets. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift. • Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning materials or components for production. • Report any issues with materials, tools, or equipment to the appropriate team members promptly. • Work collaboratively with other production staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Essential Skills
• Experience performing general production or manufacturing floor duties. • Ability to carry out general labor tasks, including material handling and basic physical work. • Proficiency in using basic hand tools safely and effectively. • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to safety and adherence to workplace procedures. • Prior experience as a general production worker or in a similar manufacturing role. • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to different areas of the production process. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
