Job Title: LaborerJob DescriptionJoin our team and contribute to the remodel of trailers used on construction sites, schools, and disaster relief efforts. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to get hands-on with various tasks, from trailer maintenance to facility upkeep. Responsibilities • Clean trailers upon return from sites. • Replace windows, AC units, sheet metal, tile, wood panels, lights, door knobs, doors, and plumbing for sinks and toilets. • Paint both the interior and exterior, including wood panels, bumpers, hitches, and wheels. • Perform facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning grounds, shop, and office areas. • Repair trim, woodwork, and paint touch-up spots outside. • Setup trailers with furniture based on customer preferences, including assembling desks, chairs, TVs, and coffee stations. Essential Skills • Proficiency in using carpentry tools and reading tape measures. • Experience with hand and power tools. • Ability to perform framing, door hanging, and light plumbing tasks. • Experience in installing vinyl flooring or carpet squares. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 2-3 years of construction or manual labor experience is preferred. • Experience in remodeling, carpentry, or related fields is advantageous. • Capability to work with minimal guidance. • Strong soft skills and teamwork orientation. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
