Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThis role focuses on transforming properties into modern, livable spaces by assisting with upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements. Responsibilities • Execute interior and exterior renovations across assigned properties. • Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim. • Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks. • Troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues during remodels. • Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Maintain a clean, organized work site and ensure safety compliance. • Load/unload tools and materials needed for renovation projects. • Document work performed and communicate progress daily. • Provide occasional support with routine maintenance if needed. Essential Skills • Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. • Strong troubleshooting skills. • Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and drywall. • Knowledge in drainage, air conditioning, and appliance repair. • Background in residential construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and renovation techniques.
