Job Title: Jr Solution TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Jr Solution Technician to join our team in an automated plating facility. You will be trained on the shift you work on, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of monitoring and maintaining the plating line. This role involves working on the 'catwalk' or plating line, where you will be responsible for overseeing hoists, gauges, temperature, and amps for automated lines, and possibly checking gauges for waste water.Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain the plating line, ensuring optimal operation. • Oversee hoists, gauges, temperature, and amps for automated lines. • Check gauges for waste water as needed. • Communicate effectively and learn from training provided. • Follow instructions and take initiative in a largely independent role. Essential Skills
• High School Diploma or GED. • 6 months of industry experience, preferably in manufacturing. • Mechanical abilities, such as changing oil or assembling furniture. • Reliability and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Plating experience. • Experience in chemical manufacturing. • Experience with wet chemistry. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of STERLING HEIGHTS, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
