Production Associate @ Aerotek

🏭 Now Hiring: Production Associates 💰 Pay: $18 - $20/hour (Weekly Pay)🕒 Shifts Available: 1st Shift Job Overview We're hiring Production Associates to join a busy steel fabrication team. In this hands-on role, you'll use grinders, hand tools, and other equipment to deburr and finish steel parts while supporting daily production operations. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy physical work and want to build a career in manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Deburr and grind steel parts to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections • Operate flapper disc grinders and other power tools safely and efficiently • Use hand tools, including chisels and finishing tools, to complete detailed work • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Assist with assembly and basic machine operation as needed • Support production by moving materials and organizing workstations • Identify quality concerns and report issues to supervisors • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements • Work with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications ✅ Experience using hand tools in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or a related environment✅ Previous general labor experience in an industrial setting✅ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn production processes✅ Ability to safely use grinders, power tools, and basic production equipment✅ Strong attention to detail and quality✅ Ability to stand for extended periods and handle steel materials✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Experience

The environment can be hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and includes exposure to dust, noise, and active manufacturing equipment.
