About this role

• Rotate through multiple production stations to support continuous manufacturing operations. • Load parts onto conveyor systems and monitor workflow through heat-treating and finishing processes. • Transfer materials between production stages, including pressing, quenching, painting, and final preparation. • Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. • Operate hand tools, measuring equipment, and production machinery safely and efficiently. • Assist with general production, assembly, and machine operation tasks. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Able to work near industrial equipment and warm production areas. • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Work Environment Modern manufacturing facility with dedicated production, welding, shipping, and engineering areas. Employees rotate between stations throughout the shift, creating variety in the workday while supporting a team-focused production process. Consistent schedules available on all shifts. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
