Outdoor Campus Maintenance Associate We are hiring 5 Outdoor Campus Maintenance Associates to help maintain and improve the appearance of a large campus environment. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and presentable.Responsibilities:
• Maintain campus grounds, landscaped areas, and planting beds • Remove weeds, debris, and other outdoor hazards • Perform seasonal cleanup and property upkeep • Assist with minor tree and shrub trimming • Repair potholes and perform basic asphalt maintenance • Support outdoor improvement and beautification projects • Operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required • Outdoor maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related experience preferred • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round • Must be able to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Pay & Schedule:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
