What You'll Do
• Assemble tiny medical device components • Work under a microscope for assembly and inspections • Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small parts • Follow detailed work instructions and procedures • Inspect products for quality and accuracy • Complete production documentation • Work in a clean room environment • Meet quality and production goals What We're Looking For ✅ Comfortable working with extremely small parts✅ Willing to use a microscope for several hours per shift✅ Strong attention to detail✅ Good hand dexterity and a steady hand✅ Reliable attendance and stable work history✅ Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English✅ Comfortable working overtime when needed Great Backgrounds for This Role Experience is helpful but not required.
