Job Title: Panel BuilderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Panel Builder with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of electrical assembly. This role involves assembling and wiring control panels according to customer-specific blueprints and schematics. Responsibilities • Read and interpret customer-specific blueprints and schematics. • Tap and wire panels according to specifications. • Inspect the quality of builds to ensure they match blueprints. • Ensure the correct wires and parts are used for panel construction. • Perform point-to-point wiring. • Conduct wire tightness tests using calibrated torque tools. Essential Skills • Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. • Experience in panel building and electrical assembly. • Ability to perform control panel wiring. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with basic hand and power tools. • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic cable assembly. Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a temperature-controlled facility with shifts from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Pay rates range from $19 to $30 per hour based on experience, with different pay levels for varying experience in cable assembly and panel wiring. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
