Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description:As a General Production Worker, you will load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. You will operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators. Additionally, you will place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, and wrapping. Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards is essential. You will start machines or equipment to begin production processes and observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions, notifying operators, supervisors, or maintenance personnel. Other duties include removing products or waste material from machines, lifting raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually, transferring finished products and raw materials between storage and work areas by hand or using a forklift, packing and storing materials and products, marking and tagging products, and dumping materials into machine hoppers for mixing. You will mix ingredients according to specified procedures or formulas and may occasionally perform other duties at various levels of proficiency.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, crawl, and push/pull items. • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and slippery surfaces. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
