• $23-$35 per hour • 50+ hours per week available • Significant overtime opportunities • Paid CDL-A training provided What You'll Do
• Assist with commercial and residential water well projects • Support drilling, service, and water treatment operations • Learn to operate heavy equipment • Work alongside experienced crew members who provide training and guidance • Perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions • Build skills that can lead to a long-term career in underground construction Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs • At least 1 year of mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude • Farm experience • Equipment operation • Automotive work • Hands-on mechanical projects
• At least 1 year of construction, concrete, or general labor experience • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Desire to grow into a long-term career Benefits

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Plain, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
