Work EnvironmentThe work takes place in a plant that is not climate controlled, which means it can become very hot or cold depending on the season. Fans are provided throughout the facility. The masking department has a distinct smell due to chemicals, but masks can be worn if needed. The masking room is climate controlled, but you will be required to move between different environments. The shift is from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with the first month of training from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
