About this role

Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Production Assembler builds glass doors and frames for commercial refrigeration units by assembling fabricated parts and mechanisms using hand and power tools. This role follows production specifications, blueprints, and quality standards to ensure each finished product meets performance and safety requirements while working efficiently on an assembly line.Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated parts and mechanisms to produce glass doors and frames for commercial refrigeration units. • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete mechanical assembly tasks. • Follow production specifications, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly. • Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to meet dimensional and quality requirements. • Work on an assembly line and perform general labor tasks as needed to support production flow. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and safety guidelines. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift. • Handle and repeatedly lift materials and products up to 50 lbs with assistance over the course of the workday. • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to report issues, follow directions, and support continuous improvement. • Adhere to all workplace safety practices and company policies during production activities. Essential Skills

• Good oral and written communication skills. • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs with assistance throughout a 10-hour shift. • Ability to work 10-hour shifts. • Comfort working with hand tools and power tools. • Ability to perform mechanical assembly and general labor tasks on an assembly line. • Ability to follow production specifications and quality standards. • Experience working in production or manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes. • Ability to read and follow blueprints or assembly drawings. • Comfort working in a small team environment. • Reliability and strong work ethic with a focus on performance and growth. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
