Immediatly hiring HandymanPay: $24/hr-$28/hr DOE Shift: M-F 7am-2:30pmLocation: Chatsworth, CA 91311 They will report daily to headquarters in Chatsworth and will have to travel todifferent sites throughout the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, andBakersfield in company vehicle. (no driving required)
• Experience with electrical, drywall, maintenance, plumbing, ect. • Perform routine facility maintenance, including structural repairs, drywall and wall repairs, painting, door and lock repairs, and window replacement. • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks and damaged fixtures in buildings and other facility structures. • Repair and replace basic electrical components, including lighting, outlets, switches, and fixtures, in accordance with job scope and safety standards. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support building systems such as security cameras, fire alarm systems, and Wi-Fi/network equipment. • Perform carpentry and minor construction work to support facility repairs, renovations, and site modifications • Communicates with the Maintenance team, site staff, and leadership in a clear, professional, and timely manner. • Manages a daily schedule of site visits and work orders without losing track of priorities or timelines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Hills, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
