• Assist roll forming and secondary machine operators with daily production tasks • Help set up machinery and production lines for manufacturing runs • Load and unload steel parts and materials • Deburr metal components to meet quality standards • Perform basic quality inspections on finished parts • Safely use hand tools and production equipment • Package and prepare finished products for shipping • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines • Work with team members to keep production running efficiently Qualifications ✅ Previous general labor or manufacturing experience✅ Experience loading and unloading materials in an industrial setting✅ Comfortable working around machinery and steel products✅ Ability to use basic hand tools✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality✅ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Preferred Experience
