Job Title: PainterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. This position requires an individual with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using a variety of tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns. • Ensure the proper mixing and matching of paint colors to achieve the desired result. • Maintain and clean equipment, including spray guns and paint booths, to ensure they function efficiently. • Follow safety protocols to protect oneself and the work environment from potential hazards. Essential Skills • Proficiency in painting techniques and the use of spray guns. • Experience working in a paint booth environment. • Attention to detail and a strong sense of color and design. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Previous experience in auto body painting is highly desirable. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes a well-equipped paint booth and requires adherence to safety standards to ensure a healthy workspace. The position may involve standing for long periods and wearing protective clothing as necessary. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
