• 独立完成功能模块的开发实现； Independently complete the development and implementation of functional modules. • 主动发现并解决开发过程遇到的各种问题； Proactively identify and resolve issues encountered during the development process. • 积极参与设计方案的讨论和评审，并提供建设性意见； Actively participate in design discussions and reviews, providing constructive suggestions. 任职要求： Requirements:
• 计算机科学、软件工程或相关计算机领域的本科及以上学历。 Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 3年以上软件开发的工作经验。 Over 3 years of experience in software development. • 熟悉C++，能熟练运用标准库和Boost常用程序库； Proficiency in C++ with experience using the Standard Library and common Boost libraries. • 有较强的代码规范意识，熟悉Google代码规范； Strong awareness of coding standards, familiarity with Google coding standards. • 熟悉网络编程，能创建socket客户端完成较为复杂的通信； Familiarity with network programming and the ability to create socket clients for complex communication tasks. • 熟悉多线程编程，熟悉标准库中的线程； Proficiency in multithreaded programming, including the use of threads in the Standard Library. • 熟悉Qt（或其他GUI框架），有GUI应用程序开发经验； Experience with Qt (or other GUI frameworks) and GUI application development. • 了解并能编写基本的CMake脚本； Basic knowledge of CMake scripting and the ability to write simple scripts. • 工作积极主动，做事有责任心； Proactive work attitude and sense of responsibility. • 能关注代码质量，持续改进。 Focus on code quality with a commitment to continuous improvement.
