What You'll Be Doing General Maintenance & Repairs
• Perform general handyman tasks and minor repairs.
• Complete painting, patching, fixture replacements and basic carpentry works.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
Refurbishments & Workplace Projects
• Assist with office refurbishments and workspace improvements.
• Support office fit-outs, furniture installations and workplace reconfigurations.
• Coordinate minor works including painting, flooring and office upgrades.
• Assist with project delivery and ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.
Facilities Operations
• Respond to maintenance requests and service tickets.
• Support contractor management and site inductions.
• Assist with compliance, workplace safety and building standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support a positive workplace experience.
What We're Looking For You'll bring:
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, handyman services, trade assistance, building services or a similar role.
• Practical skills and confidence using hand and power tools.
• A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
Bonus Points For
• Trade qualification or apprenticeship.
• Experience in commercial offices, property, facilities or building management.
