Job Title Venue Operations OfficerJob Description Summary Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.Job Description About the Role
• Supports the Assistant Building Manager and Venue Management Team in daily venue operations and event activities. • Conduct daily inspections and operational checks of venue systems, equipment, and associated infrastructure. • Coordinate and support venue requirements for scheduled events, programmes, and venue users. • Provide on-site operational and technical support during sporting events, performances, community programmes, and major venue activations. • Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules. • Attend to basic troubleshooting and support breakdown response where required. • Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in plant rooms and service areas. • Manage reactive maintenance cases and ensure that all contractual KPIs are consistently met • Assists in conducting incident investigation and submit IR/IIR after identifying root cause with recommended corrective action in place. • Maintain equipment inventory, maintenance records, and lifecycle replacement recommendations. • Work closely with Hard Services teams when issues involve critical upstream system • Perform any related duties as required and directed. • Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture. • Review contractors/vendor's Work Authorization requests and ensure full compliance with MOM WSHA and Our Tampines Hub H&S policy.
About You
• Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications. • At least 2 years of working experience in Facilities Management (Sports or Event venues are preferred). • At least 3 years of working in Facilities Management (Sports or Event venues is preferred) for relevant Higher Nitec • Able to work long hours and over weekends during event periods.
