Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing paperwork related to departmental budgeting and financials. Will also include direct interactions with guests via phone or in-person related to customer service feedback, promotional activity, etc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promotes superior guest service. • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. • Responsible for creating and maintaining the staffing schedule for player development department. • Maintains department checkbook. • Proofreads all work before submitting. • Sorts and distributes all office mail. • Sets up and maintains files for all team members in the Player Development division. • Assists with office duties, including but not limited to, making labels and follow up material in preparation for or following promotional/Player Development activities. • Duties entail operational support and oversight during all marketing, promotion, and special event functions. • Communicates with appropriate vendors and partners regarding marketing development, reporting and invoicing. • Responsible for assisting in the reporting of VIP Services and Casino Host teams, utilizing specialized reporting tools. • Maintains a clean and neat work area and encourages staff by creating a positive work environment. • Process includes adhering to accounting and WA State and CTGC gaming regulations. • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Self-directed and capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously. • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Ideal candidate will be an effective communicator work works well as part of a team. • Outstanding organizational skills. • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. • Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Casino experience. • Proficient in Stratton-Warren.

Wages: This role offers a starting wage of $19.94 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
