*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement high-quality programs aligned with the Light Childcare Centre curriculum * Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children * Assess children?s abilities, interests, and needs; communicate progress with parents and colleagues * Support children in developing independence and self-help skills * Foster strong, collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families * Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities * Maintain organization and cleanliness of classrooms and materials * Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and reliability at all times
