*Duties*
* Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction, renovation, and repair of buildings and structures. * Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency. * Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project specifications and timelines. * Load and unload materials as needed for various construction projects. * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. * Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. * Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. * Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
