Job Overview: The detail oriented candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting Commercial Bankers with developing and maintaining a relationship portfolio.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
• Providing direction and support to the lending staff and servicing new/existing business loan and deposit portfolios.
• Ensuring the relationships meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Facilitating daily customer requests in correspondence with Fidelity Bank expectations.
Requirements for the position include:
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Experience developing business and/or customer relationships
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field
• Experience in Business Lending
