Job Title: Cable AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.Responsibilities
• Open and unpack chassis and components for server assembly. • Integrate computer parts into a chassis on a progressive line. • Utilize small hand tools to install small screws and parts into a chassis, or install/replace brackets or labels. • Assemble handles and affix switches, and apply labels. • Package finished racks. • Identify and label cables for rack specification using a cable labeling machine. • Assist with recycling materials as needed. • Perform any other tasks as assigned. Essential Skills
• Proficiency with hand tools. • Experience in installation and assembly. • Understanding of blueprint reading. • Production experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail. • Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Ability to stand for prolonged periods. • Ability to work on ladders. • Manual dexterity. • Effective teamwork skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow verbal and written directions. The facility offers both day and swing shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing candidates to choose their preferred schedule. The environment is casual, supporting a culture where collaboration and innovation thrive. The day shift is scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the swing shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Initial training for new hires will be during the day shift. Location: North Las Vegas Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
