Now Hiring Assemblers in Fremont!!Job DescriptionWe are seeking detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working with hand tools, and able to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Available ShiftsDay Shift

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Swing Shift

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, cable assemblies, and subassemblies according to drawings and work instructions. • Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks. • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. • Read and interpret assembly documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of assembly experience, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment. • Experience using hand tools and small power tools. • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the workday. • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
