Quality Inspectors & Quality Technicians for hire- 1st and 2nd shift positions open $18-20/hour Job Title: Quality Assurance TechnicianJob DescriptionThis contract Quality Assurance Technician role focuses on auditing batch records, maintaining documentation, and supporting calibration record accuracy within a cleanroom manufacturing environment. You use strong Excel and reporting skills to ensure quality control standards are met and documented clearly throughout microelectronics production processes.Responsibilities
• Audit various production and batch records to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards and procedures. • Maintain and update batch records in a timely and organized manner to support traceability and quality control requirements. • Review, track, and help maintain calibration records to ensure equipment remains within required specifications. • Perform quality control checks throughout the manufacturing and production process in a cleanroom environment. • Document findings from audits and quality checks and prepare clear, concise reports using Excel and other computer tools. • Identify discrepancies or nonconformances in records and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders for follow-up. • Support continuous improvement of quality assurance processes by providing accurate data and feedback from audits. • Use computer systems and Excel spreadsheets to manage data, generate reports, and maintain quality documentation. • Follow cleanroom protocols and manufacturing procedures to maintain product integrity and a controlled environment. Essential Skills
• Hands-on experience as a quality technician, quality assurance, or quality control professional in a manufacturing or production environment. • Proficiency in auditing various production and batch records with strong attention to detail. • Experience with batch record maintenance, including organizing, updating, and verifying documentation. • Ability to work with calibration records and understand their role in equipment and process control. • Strong Excel skills for data entry, analysis, and report creation. • Solid computer skills to work with documentation systems and reporting tools. • Strong reporting skills, including the ability to present audit and quality findings clearly and accurately. • Equivalent knowledge gained through on-the-job training and/or relevant experience. • Experience in cleanroom manufacturing or production, ideally within microelectronics or similar high-precision environments. • Comfort working with detailed documentation and standardized procedures. • Ability to follow strict cleanroom attire and protocol requirements. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple records and tasks simultaneously. • Effective communication skills to share audit results and collaborate with production and quality teams. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
