About this role

Assembler - 1st Shift Starting Pay: $20.00/Hour We are seeking dependable Assemblers who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and 8-foot rail sections using blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. You'll utilize both hand and power tools to produce safe, reliable products that make a difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wheelchair ramps and stair lifts according to blueprints and work instructions. • Build and assemble 8-foot rail sections with precision and consistency. • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings. • Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure. • Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, function, and alignment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all safety policies and production procedures. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. • Identify and report assembly issues while assisting with solutions. What We're Looking For Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Strong tape measure and measurement skills. • Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of component assembly. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
