Requirements: We require CompTIA A+, Network+, BTEC Level 3 IT, T Level Digital, or an equivalent A level qualification.We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT and technology.We require excellent communication and customer service skills.We need a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.We require good problem-solving abilities.We need the ability to work effectively as part of a team.We require a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.Desirable: a basic understanding of networking concepts.Desirable: exposure to databases or SQL.Desirable: knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.Desirable: previous experience in a customer-facing role, retail, hospitality, or office environment. Responsibilities: We provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools.We assist users with basic IT issues such as password resets, login problems, and application errors.We troubleshoot technical issues and escalate more complex cases to senior engineers when required.We support customers with remote access and connectivity issues.We accurately log support tickets and maintain customer records within the helpdesk system.We assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.We attend customer sites alongside senior engineers to support system implementations and installations.We learn and develop knowledge of networks, operating systems, and business applications.We provide general administrative support to the IT team when required.
