Job Title: Shipping ClerkJob DescriptionThe Shipping Clerk plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient movement of products through the warehouse. This position focuses on receiving, picking, repackaging, and shipping customer orders, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product and verify quantities and accuracy against documentation. • Pull product for orders by hand or using a pallet jack, following pick lists and shipping instructions. • Break down bulk orders and repackage product into smaller quantities according to customer requirements. • Pack orders securely and neatly to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. • Prepare shipments for customers, including labeling, staging, and organizing orders for carrier pickup. • Perform general labor tasks in the warehouse and production areas as needed to support daily operations. • Assist with inventory activities, including counting, organizing, and tracking product movements. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with facility guidelines. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals in a fast-paced environment. • Adapt to occasional extended workdays when additional support is needed to complete customer orders. Essential Skills

• 1–2+ years of packaging, receiving, and/or shipping experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. • Hands-on experience with picking orders and preparing products for shipment. • Ability to repackage and break down bulk orders into smaller quantities accurately. • Familiarity with basic shipping and receiving processes and documentation. • Comfort performing general labor tasks in a warehouse or production setting. • Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling. • Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Strong teamwork skills and reliability in supporting daily operational goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using a pallet jack to move product within a warehouse. • Experience in inventory-related tasks such as counting, organizing, or tracking stock. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for packing, picking, and shipping. • Willingness to assist across both production and warehouse areas as needed. You will work on a team of approximately 40–50 people across production and warehouse operations. The standard schedule is 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working an extra hour or two when business needs require it. Weekend work is rare, with occasional Saturdays and almost never Sundays. The daily break structure includes two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch. Closed-toe shoes are required as part of the dress code to support a safe working environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
