Manufacturing Assembler-$22/hr Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework of various electronic products and mechanical assemblies. This role involves working from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and sketches.Responsibilities
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework. • Test and repair electronic products and mechanical assemblies. • Work from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and sketches. • Provide routine technical support to engineers and scientists on standard components, devices, materials, products, processes, and equipment. • Test, modify, rework, repair, and build electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies. • Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules. • Meet production deadlines and maintain quality of finished products. • Ensure compliance outcomes. • Read, and potentially develop, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansions. Essential Skills
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills. • Experience handling small delicate components using ESD practices. • Soldering and wire bonding experience. • Experience in the safe handling of chemicals. • Proficiency in various computer applications, including Access and Excel. • Experience with MRP systems. • Good hand and eye coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Ability to provide a copy of a high school diploma, which can be from a foreign country. • Experience in production, assembly, cleanroom environments, soldering, reading blueprints, and using hand tools. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
