Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts to safely transport materials throughout the facility and yard • Load and unload flatbed trucks, trailers, and incoming shipments • Receive and verify materials against packing lists and shipping documents • Stage materials for production, fabrication, and welding departments • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records • Store and organize raw materials and finished goods • Keep indoor storage areas and outdoor yards clean, organized, and safe • Work closely with drivers and production teams to coordinate material flow • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE • Assist with general shop and fabrication support as needed Qualifications
• 1+ year of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting • Experience loading and unloading materials, products, or freight • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to safely handle large and heavy materials • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic • Commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications
• Shipping and receiving experience • Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts • Experience with overhead cranes, jib cranes, or rigging equipment • Manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience • Experience maintaining inventory and material records Why Join Us?
