About this role

Job Title: Panel BuilderJob DescriptionAs a Panel Builder, you will be responsible for assembling electrical or electronic systems or support structures. This includes installing components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipment. You will also be required to clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths, and drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments. Responsibilities • Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures. • Install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipment. • Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. • Drill or tap holes to mount control units or provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments. • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. • Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or operation and record results. • Mark and tag components for stock inventory tracking and identification. • Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly. • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions. Essential Skills • Expertise in panel building and control panels. • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. • Proficient in troubleshooting and electrical assembly. • Experience with panel wiring and electrical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in a new building specifically designed for panel building. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Germantown, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
