Daily Responsibilities
ā¢ Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently ā¢ Load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse ā¢ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment ā¢ Stage, palletize, wrap, and secure outbound freight ā¢ Conduct daily equipment inspections and forklift safety checks ā¢ Move inventory to designated warehouse locations ā¢ Assist with inventory counts and cycle count accuracy ā¢ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace ā¢ Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures ā¢ Work closely with team members to meet productivity and quality goals ā¢ Perform general warehouse duties, including material handling and lifting ā¢ Complete a forklift skills assessment within your first 1-2 days What We're Looking For Required Qualifications ā Experience operating:
ā¢ Sit-Down Forklifts ā¢ Stand-Up Forklifts ā¢ Reach Trucks ā Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experienceā Order picking and material handling experienceā Strong commitment to workplace safetyā Ability to pass an on-site forklift evaluationā Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Preferred Qualifications ā Experience in a high-volume warehouse environmentā Previous 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experienceā Knowledge of shipping, receiving, staging, and pallet wrappingā Inventory control and cycle count experienceā Strong communication and teamwork skills Available Shifts & Pay Rates 1st Shift š² $22.00/hr Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd Shift š² $23.50/hr Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM 3rd Shift š² $24.50/hr Monday-Friday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Weekend Day Shift š² $25.00/hr Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Weekend Night Shift š² $25.75/hr Friday-Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM Work Environment š Fast-paced 3PL warehouse supporting critical data center operationsš Frequent operation of forklifts and reach trucksš Standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shiftš Team-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and performanceš Clean and organized facility with growth opportunities š Apply Today!
